AI Repose (“AI Repose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an iOS application and related Services that turn images into new images or short videos. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Services.
Please read this Policy carefully. By installing or using AI Repose, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. This Policy works together with our Terms of Service.
In this Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies you alone or together with other information available to us. It does not include information that cannot reasonably identify you, or aggregate statistics after individual identities have been removed. We may use and share aggregate and non-personal information without the restrictions that apply to personal information.
Key commitments: AI Repose’s image-to-image and image-to-video features run on self-developed AI models that we operate ourselves. We do not use third-party AI generators to process your creative uploads. We do not collect facial data.
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, username, and other details you submit when you register, manage an account, contact support, or use account features.
If you sign in with Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another supported provider, we receive information that provider shares under your authorization, such as name, email address, username, and related registration details.
With your permission, we may access photos or videos you select so generation can run. You may revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.
Some features may require you to sign in. Login information we store is removed when you delete your AI Repose account.
You may delete your account and related data in the app, or request deletion by contacting support. See Section 11 below.

We use this information to operate the Services, protect security, maintain performance, and improve the product.
AI Repose’s image-to-image and image-to-video features are powered exclusively by AI models we developed and host ourselves. We do not route your uploads through third-party AI generation providers, and we do not send your creative media to external AI companies for inference, training, or retention on their systems.
To use generation features, you need to provide source images (and related media where supported). We will request album or file access as needed.
Generation requires an internet connection and runs on our servers. Uploads are sent over an encrypted connection using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or equivalent transport security.
Uploaded images and videos are used only to produce the output you request. When generation finishes, source media is deleted promptly and cannot be restored. Uploads are not used to train our AI models and are not provided to third-party platforms for their own use.
Please save your results promptly. Results held on our platform are automatically deleted within 48 hours after generation and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for losses arising from failure to save results in time; AI Repose is not liable for such losses.
AI Repose does not collect facial data. We do not collect or store facial biometrics, faceprints, or facial templates. We do not use faces to identify or verify any person. We do not build face-based profiles, and we do not share facial datasets with anyone.
Your media may still be processed as complete images or video frames solely to deliver the self-developed generation result you requested. That processing is temporary, limited to your job, and subject to the deletion rules in Section 4. It is not used to extract, catalog, or retain facial data.
Some features need access to your camera and/or photo library. We access them only after you grant permission on iOS. You can change or withdraw permission later in system settings.
Personal information and certain other data may be shared with companies that perform services for us, such as hosting or storage. We may also share log-style data (without revealing personal information as such) with partners that help deliver advertising and market AI Repose.
These partners are not third-party AI generators for your creative uploads. Generation remains self-developed as described in Section 4.

AI Repose may request permission to “Allow Tracking” under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework when integrated third-party services need the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to measure performance, help prevent fraud, or deliver personalized ads where applicable.
You may choose Allow or Ask App Not to Track. Either choice still allows you to use generation features.
If you allow tracking, third-party services may process device identifiers such as IDFA, app install and event data, basic device information, and interaction or performance data for analytics or attribution.
Tracking-related data is used only for measuring advertising performance, preventing fraudulent activity, install attribution, and optimizing marketing campaigns. We do not use tracking data to personally identify you, and we do not create individual behavioral profiles from it for our own profiling. Tracking is unrelated to facial data; we do not collect facial data.
You can change your decision anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Repose.
If you use Google Login, you may be redirected to a Google-hosted page. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain the login session and complete authentication. We do not use those cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics, and we do not access or store them ourselves. They are controlled by Google and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. AI Repose does not use cookies to track users across other apps or websites.
We use personal information and service data to communicate with you; process your requests and transactions; operate and improve the Services; customize aspects of the experience where appropriate; support product development; and for other purposes related to our business consistent with this Policy.
We do not disclose personal information unless you or your legally authorized representative consent; disclosure is required by applicable law; or disclosure is required by a valid warrant, subpoena, or similar order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
We do not disclose images or videos you upload for generation unless you share them (and/or the results) yourself through AI Repose or another service you choose.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information from unauthorized access and improper use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you use a password, keep it confidential. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may update your information or privacy preferences in the Services where controls are available. To request account disablement or deletion help, email [email protected].
You can delete your account from the About or account area in the app. When the account is deleted, associated content and data are removed, subject to limited legal or security exceptions where applicable.
If you connected Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another provider, unlinking AI Repose in that provider’s settings stops future sharing, but does not erase data already stored in AI Repose. Use in-app deletion or contact support for full removal.
If you lost access to your account, contact [email protected] to request complete deletion.
Refund requests for App Store in-app purchases follow Apple’s official refund terms and standard procedures, including Apple Support channels or reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not override Apple’s refund determination.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes we believe materially affect your rights, we will post the updated Policy where AI Repose policies are published. Please review this Policy when you use the Services.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your personal data; ask us to correct, delete, or restrict processing; receive personal data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format and ask us to transmit it to another controller where feasible; and object to certain processing, including direct marketing in many regions.
These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling a request would reveal another person’s data, or if we must keep information by law or for compelling legitimate interests.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. If concerns remain unresolved, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you live, work, or where you believe an issue occurred.
If you are a minor, use AI Repose only with prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.
AI Repose respects children’s privacy under COPPA. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13, or knowingly allow such persons to register. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it as quickly as reasonably possible.
